Music is a journey we take every day, on the way to work, over morning coffee, or when we take that special one into our hands. A human voice can take us to different places and express a range of emotions difficult to describe in words, from anger and pain to complete serenity and ecstatic joy. Real music is good for the soul and when we talk about real music we cannot help but mention retro, coming with us whenever we go in our life journey.

They did retro music like no one does today. Many people will argue with that statement but it is true that the number of enthusiasts of oldies is growing everywhere so much as to spring up a plethora of artists taking their dig at the retro sound. The return of retro most of the time means money to producers, and the songs together with their singers seem manufactured, the mix of ingredients soulless and feverishly calculated to bring a fast buck. Back in the day, people sang from their souls, when you looked at them performing you could see their heart breaking, the beat of music dancing in their temples. That’s why retro is so popular today, it gives us what we lack so much in our sad Pop Idol era.
